Overbeck Boulder

The boulder is situated 20mins walk up Overbeck following the path from the carpark at the foot of Yewbarrow on the shores of Wastwater. You will see the boulder on the opposite (left) side of the beck.
The quiet and beautiful location and 4 excellent problems with many worthwhile eliminates make this an superb place for an afternoons bouldering. Enjoy!
If you are wanting to stay in Wasdale there are several campsite or if you are stayng longer there are several holiday cottages which do shorter breaks. Bowderdale Farm Cottage is just at the bottom of the hill and does weekend breaks through the winter. See Sally's Wasdale cottages for more details.
